The Role

An opportunity now exists to join the firm's leading LitArb team. We are seeking a charismatic and ambitious associate with the ability to develop clients. The role will focus on all aspects of Litigation and Arbitration work, with focus in Restructuring and Insolvency matters.

We are looking for someone with strong academic credentials, experience in commercial litigation, preferably in restructuring and insolvency work. The role requires a well-rounded individual, team player with a passion for advocacy.

Key skills and experience

  • 0-2 PQE is desirable
  • Admitted to practice in Singapore
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Analytical, organised and able to exercise initiative
  • Familiarity with technology e.g. excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent research skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong academic record

The essentials

  • 9.00am to 6.00pm but flexibility is a must
  • 6 month probation period
  • 3 month notice period
