What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to join our team. As the HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes managing employee data, generating reports, and providing technical support to HR staff and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Areas of focus and responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system
  • Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making and compliance
  • Provide technical support to HR staff and employees regarding the HRIS system
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and HR records
  • Stay up to date on HRIS trends and best practices, and recommend process improvements
  • Assist with the configuration and testing of HRIS system updates and enhancements
  • Providing required data and analysis for various Firm compensation and salary surveys
  • Assisting in projects to streamline processes and decrease manual efforts where applicable
  • Ensure the local operation of the HRIS and the supporting processes always comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and GDPR
  • Act as first line support on the HRIS/SSO help desk in respect of all queries and issues raised by users, and to respond to those matters promptly and appropriately, including escalating as necessary

Skills and attributes

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
  • Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Office 365, MS Office - Excel/Word/Power Point Experience
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

The Essentials

  • 9.30am to 5.30pm but flexibility is a must
  • 12 week probation period
  • 4 weeks’ notice period
