Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, highly organised individual to join our friendly and collaborative global Reward team. You must have experience of running reports, MI and analytics; preferably with Excel and MS applications such as Power BI.  Prior reward experience is preferred, however an interest in reward and willingness to learn are key. 

This role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as you will support key annual reward processes inclusive of the global salary and bonus review, and benefits reviews. You will also provide analytical support to reward projects, and also be required to run reports for BAU activities including pay and benefits benchmarking. You will also be required to assist with day- to- day administration activities and MI reporting. 

Areas of focus and responsibilities

  • Being responsible for providing and presenting compensation related information and spreadsheets to the HR team and the wider business
  • Supporting key annual reward processes including salary and bonus review, budgeting and benefit renewals, market research including survey completion.
  • Provide analytics and support modelling activities where required
  • Support the compensation analyst with the annual review; learn existing processes; and in time recommend/develop improved processes
  • From time-to-time you may also be required to work with the HRIS Manager, the business and the HR team to analyse and understand the business reporting requirements and working to create new reports; or update existing reports to meet these needs.
  • Supporting the maintenance and further development of Reward and the HR System including trouble shooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Act as a point of contact for reward and benefit queries and provide collaborative support to all areas of the HR team as well as employees/partners on reward and HRIS matters.
  • Project work – including policy writing/process notes, drafting documents and undertaking research.

Skills and attributes

You will already have gained experience in Reward and MI reporting, either in a generalist or a specialist role, you will have strong numerical and analytical skills and be proficient in MS Excel to manipulate and analyse data sets. Experience in Professional Services is preferred. You should be able to use your initiative, be adaptable and flexible in your approach with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel (experience of formulas including array, search and return, If queries etc.; Power query experience would be an advantage)
  • Power point experience, able to translate detailed spreadsheet results into a text summary / bullet point format that can be easily digested by stakeholders outside of the reward team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, checks own work and has the end user in mind when producing outputs
  • High service delivery standards in every respect, and the ability to win the confidence and respect of others
  • Ability to work at pace in a dynamic and demanding workplace, whilst still maintaining a high standard
  • Willingness to learn new skills and use of initiative to solve problems and to work efficiently
  • Proactive management of your own workload, the ability to prioritise, adapt to changing deadlines and to work under pressure
  • Methodical and flexible approach to working

Desirable

  • Experience of working with HR reward benchmarking systems and compensation principles
  • Power Bi experience

  • 9.30am – 5.30pm but flexibility is needed
