Overview:

We are recruiting for a temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant who will provide administrative and scheduling support to the Talent Acquisition team with all recruiting and onboarding efforts for new attorneys, lateral hires, and the summer associate program. This role will be hybrid and located in either our New York or New Haven office. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of the Summer Program, including but not limited to preparing and executing social events/training sessions, tracking work assignments, compiling feedback packets for evaluation periods, and maintaining budget log.
  • Assist with all aspects of OCI, including but not limited to scheduling and executing on-campus interviews, compiling feedback packets for recruitment committee meetings, logging statistics for reports, and preparing offer letters/rejection notices to all summer associate candidates.
  • Assist with high volume interview scheduling for summer associate, lateral associate, and business services candidates.
  • Upkeep and record data in the firm’s applicant tracking system and document management database. 
  • Organize and execute all recruiting vendor agreements and agency placement fees.
  • Process recruitment invoices, placement invoices, and expense reports in accounting management system.

  • Creative thinker and ability to promote ideas that will generate efficiency and streamline processes

Qualifications 

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite required
  • Experience with virtual video platforms (Zoom) required
  • Experience with Adobe PDF preferred
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
