What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Projects Deployment Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for the coordination and deployment of several key deliverables, including OneDrive migration, laptop refresh, AirWatch to Intune migration, and Windows 11 deployment. Due to the hands-on nature of these deployments, this position requires you to be in the office five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the deployment of OneDrive migration, ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
  • Oversee the laptop refresh project, taking lead for the coordination of laptop deployments, ensuring all devices are updated and deployed efficiently.
  • Involved in the migration from AirWatch to Intune, ensuring all mobile devices are transitioned seamlessly.
  • Involved in the deployment of Windows 11 across the organisation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including IT, project management, and support teams, to ensure the effective delivery of these initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail, ensuring all projects are completed within the timelines set.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of each project.
  • Ensure all deployments adhere to the firm's policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services organisation.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A professional and friendly approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience with OneDrive, Intune, and Windows 11 deployments.
  • A strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

Experience Required:

The Essentials:

  • 9:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and flexibility is a must
  • 6 month fixed term contract
  • Office based role, 5 days per week
  • 4 week notice period
