What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. The HRIS team consists of 2 HRIS Analysts providing support to US, APAC and EU. This role will report into the Global HRIS Manager. 

As the HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and support of our Human Resources Information System (SelectHR). This includes managing employee data, building reports, and leading on key HR annual processes that are supported by the HRIS team (eg: Annual appraisal process).  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration and projects, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Areas of focus and responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS System (SelectHR)
  • Act as first line support on the HRIS help desk, handling queries from users and resolving / escalating as appropriate  
  • Create bespoke reports using SAP Crystal Reports and Excel and analyse HR data to support decision-making and compliance
  • Responsible for running key monthly reports (staff movements, headcount and absence reporting)
  • Lead on annual HR processes that require HRIS input and support
  • Create Excel templates to support key processes
  • Assist with the configuration and testing of HRIS system updates and enhancements
  • Provide data and analysis for various Firm compensation and salary surveys
  • Assist and lead on specific projects to streamline processes and decrease manual efforts where applicable
  • Responsible for data integrity, including trouble-shooting and overall quality assurance of all data
  • Keeping documentation up to date

Skills and attributes

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (ideally SelectHR)
  • Excellent Excel skills ( v-lookups, Pivot tables, COUNTIF, IF statements etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • In depth experience of handling large quantities of data and combining and reconciling data together from various data sources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Experience of creating reports (via SAP Crystal reports or another reporting tool)
  • Experience of leading BAU projects from start to finish
  • Able to work on multiple projects/priorities in a deadline-driven environment, remain calm in pressurised situations and adapt quickly to change
  • Flexible and pro-active approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail 

The Essentials

  • 9.30am to 5.30pm but flexibility is a must
  • Hybrid working – minimum 2 days per week in the office
  • 12 week probation period
  • 4 week notice period
