HR Intern

The Opportunity
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious global law firm and work closely with our Human Resources team in Milan. We are currently seeking a motivated and bright intern for a 3-month internship within our HR department.

Timeframe: 25 August 2025 - 21 November 2025 (3 months)

Your Role
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to a variety of key activities, including:

• Supporting the Italian HR Manager during the annual performance appraisal process
• Assisting in the planning of and participation to university career fairs
• Learning how to screen CVs and support recruitment processes
• Providing support during onboarding and offboarding procedures, as well as local training activities
• Collaborating with internal committees to help organise local Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives

Please note that this list is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year students or recent graduates (Eligibility to enter into an internship agreement with an Italian university is a mandatory prerequisite)
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field
• Strong academic background
• Fluency in Italian and good command of English (B2–C1 level)
• Well organised, with a sharp eye for detail
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Clear and effective communication style
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
